Terms of payment
- 30% advance payment upon reservation by check, blue cards or bank transfer. The reservation will only be effective and blocked upon receipt of the deposit. Confirmation is equivalent to acceptance of the General Conditions of Rental.
- The balance at the beginning of the stay.
- A deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival in the group house. It shall be returned at the latest one week after departure, unless there is evidence of deterioration or disappearance.
- In the event of deterioration or damage noted at the end of the stay, the owners reserve the right to claim compensation up to the amount of € 500, for the gîte as for the chalet. This compensation may be taken from the bank card in case of online payment.
Cancellation of Group House
- Any cancellation must be notified by the customer by letter or e-mail addressed to the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs :
- more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the instalments are refunded with a deduction of
30 € of application fees, refund and correspondence. - less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.
- less than 15 days before the start of the stay or if the client does not come forward before 19:00 on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, unless the client has given notice of a late arrival, the rental agreement becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his lodging.
- Deposits remain with the owner who will claim and/or collect the balance of the total price of the stay, if the lodging remains vacant following the cancellation

- In case of reduced stay due to the tenant client, the owner is not obliged to refund the days not stayed. Additional services ordered, consumed or not, will then be invoiced.
Cancellation of the Saga Guesthouse
- Any cancellation must be notified by the customer by letter or e-mail addressed to the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs:
- more than 45 days before the start of the stay, the instalments are refunded with a deduction of 30 € of application fees, refund and correspondence.
- less than 45 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.
- less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, or if the guest does not come forward before 19:00 on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, unless the guest has given notice of a late arrival, the rental contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his room.
- eposits remain with the owner who will claim and/or collect compensation equal to two-thirds of the room price, if the room remains vacant following the cancellation. Additional services ordered and not consumed will be charged.
Cancellation Insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is the client’s responsibility to subscribe to one, if they so desire.
Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The client will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the amounts already paid.
Hours of arrival
he guest will be able to arrive on the day specified during the reservation, from 18 hours for the group gite and from 17 hours for the Saga guest room. The customer will notify in case of arrival after 8 pm, please do not arrive after 10 pm, if possible.
Departure times
The departure time for the cottage is 11:00 (am) and for the cottage 12:00.(am)

Pets are not allowed
Art of living
In order to respect and preserve the quality of life and comfort of the guests, it is recommended not to smoke inside the rooms and to inquire about the inconvenience caused in the common room of the group gite in case of co-location.
The guest undertakes to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare any deterioration.
We draw the guests’ attention to the fact that the minors present on the property are placed under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them, in the vicinity of the pool when its roller shutter is open and near the leisure pool.
The Blue House disclaims all liability for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or persons on the property, whatever the cause.
For questions of insurance and security, we ask the tenants to respect the number of people present provided at the time of booking, namely 12 maximum in the gîte and 2 in the chalet, both day and night. In the event of a particular and exceptional request, such as the arrival of outside persons during the day, we thank you for notifying us beforehand.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right of access and rectification of data concerning you. We undertake not to share any information you have shared with us with other companies or organizations.
