Each night is billed at the rate that actually applies to it: a stay that spans two periods combines the relevant nightly rates, rather than a single flat rate for the whole stay.
How the rate is calculated
Weekday & weekend
The weekend covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Weekday nights run from Monday to Thursday.
High season
High season covers French school holiday periods (all zones A, B and C combined), so as to cover guests visiting from anywhere in mainland France.
Public holiday eves & special nights
The night before a public holiday is billed at the weekend rate for the current period. Certain special nights (New Year's Eve, and the eves of 14 July and 15 August) are billed at the high-season weekend rate, regardless of the actual period.
What's included
End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are included in the rate for every accommodation. Tourist tax is not included: it is calculated separately, per night and per adult guest.
Length of stay
The three gîtes (Tribe, Two-Family, Family) require a minimum stay of 2 nights. The Saga Chalet can be booked by the night, with no minimum stay.
